So Fresh and So Clean
We recently repaired and recovered all of the frames for this commercial building in Shoreline. Totaling 19 frames and completed in two phases, this refresh gave the whole building a lift. We also added some new acrylic panels to a few of the awnings to display current and future business graphics.
A Grand Entrance

New Look for Historic Restaurant
The owner of Hong Kong Bistro was looking to update their awning without straying too far from their roots. We worked with them to design a new cover that incorporated new graphics, powder coated the frame, and slightly raised the awning for a more modern, but still classic look.
A Downtown Refresh
The Butler Garage in Downtown Seattle needed a refresh. We repainted and recovered the existing frames and added one new matching frame. The result is a clean, modern, updated look for the building.

Japonessa
Japonessa in downtown Seattle wanted to recover their existing awnings, and add an all new cover to their seating area. We offer full rendering and permit services and we worked with Japonessa to create and submit their permit application. You can see an early rendering in the gallery below, final graphics were changed before installation.
