In today’s world it is exceptionally rare to find a company that prizes excellence both in terms of customer service and high-quality products. Northwest Awning and Fabric is such a company. We first used Northwest nearly 20 years ago to install a long tunnel structure over a descending outdoor stairway. We recently had one of the tunnel panels accidentally damaged by workmen on a service project next door. Once again, Northwest responded promptly, the technicians were polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. The turnaround was prompt and the work, as expected, was fantastic.
