Rooftop Cutie
An awning doesn’t have to be large to make a big impact. This Metal Tie Rod awning looks very at home on this modern townhouse rooftop and is both a practical and beautiful addition.
Brightening up the Ave
We recently completed the last in a long-line of awning replacements and refreshes in Seattle’s U-District. These projects varied in style and scope, but all of them turned out great and are helping to bring new life to these beloved businesses. Check out the projects and see if you can recognize some well-known spots.
Screened In
This project made clever use of screens to create an outdoor space without closing out the elements entirely. One screen provides some privacy from the neighbors, while the other creates a cool shaded spot, separate from the yard below. These Universal drop screens incorporate Mermet Natte fabric in the color Cocoa/Straw.
Industrial Chic
A modern industrial style isn’t only for businesses. This homeowner chose standing seam awnings in a clean white to complement their home and add some needed protection from the elements. Now they can enjoy the view from their rooftop deck no matter the weather.
Hiding in Plain Sight
This customer had an existing metal pergola, but needed some extra protection from the afternoon sun while enjoying their backyard. We added on a President Screen in black with Mermet Natte fabric in Charcoal. The result: the new screen doesn’t just complement the existing structure, it looks like it’s always been there.
Elegant Additions
Modern awnings are all the rage for homes right now, but sometimes you need a more classic touch. For this very traditional and historic property we created a couple of awnings in a timeless style and finish. These stationary fabric awnings will never go out of style and with their aluminum frames and Sunbrella fabricContinue reading “Elegant Additions”

Our specialty screen materials will keep light and harmful UV rays away and allow you to still see out to the beautiful views beyond.Continue reading “Seaside Screens”
Let’s Talk LEDs
Retractable awnings are great for shade, but what if you want to use your awning at night? We offer the option of adding an LED light kit from Somfy to illuminate your outdoor space without having to add any additional fixtures.
