Now You See Me…

We can make your awning disappear! If you are looking for a more subtle rain or shade solution, a cassette style retractable awning might be right for you. The cassette casing closes fully, leaving no visible fabric and in some cases can totally disappear when not in use. This Casabox awning blends in perfectly with the siding on this modern home.

Local Business: Ohsun

We love when we have the opportunity to work with other Seattle businesses! Sara from Ohsun worked with us to come up with an awning design for her new restaurant that was both functional and appropriate for the historic Pioneer Square district. We landed on their final design which uses neutral vinyl, but includes a fun pop of color. Next time you’re in Pioneer Square stop by Ohsun to grab some great Korean-inspired dishes and check out their new space!

Product Spotlight: Screens!

There are many advantages to adding screens to your home’s windows; lower energy costs, additional privacy, and protection from sun damage to name a few. Best of all you can still see out while the shades are down so you won’t lose any of that beautiful view. Check out this project we did with Solette screens in bronze. We carry a variety of different screen models and can help find the best screen to fit your home and needs!

Patio Pergolino

For full coverage of an outdoor space sometimes an awning just won’t cut it. We offer several pergola models with the option for a motorized, retractable roof. This particular model is a Pergolino by Stobag. With customizable frame color, fabric, and available add-ons we can make it the perfect fit for your space.

Three Awnings are Better than One

Sometimes the best solution isn’t to simplify, it’s to multiply! This space was very wide and had an uneven roof line, to solve this we installed three staggered matching awnings to create a cohesive look. The awnings can be operated as a single unit, or individually, depending on the client’s needs.
